In
its undated response to the Attorney General's Office Napleton Buick
Inc. now named as D'Andrea Buick Inc.("(“Napleton /
D'Andrea”), claimed it sent me a letter on September 10 of 2003. It is a fraudulent
statement. The letter is forged with its only purpose to cheat a
government agency. I sent Napleton / D'Andrea a fax on September 9, specifically
asking it to respond in three days by fax, there are no
telephone calls, fax, or letter from that company regarding how to
solve the problem. For more than one month Napleton / D'Andrea has no response to my request for refunding the money and covering
related expenses.
Napleton/D'Andrea betrayed a customer’s
trust. It failed to provide maintenance record, did not disclose
possible major defect. It gave a deceptive description about the
vehicle’s condition. There is no comprehensive test on the product
it sells. Such dealer is playing with
human life, while cheating on customers. After Napleton /
D'Andrea committed fraud, breached a
contract and warranty.
